Do ERS and FRS still feel confusing in practice?
You’ve learned the definitions.
You’ve memorised the rules.
But when you put your hands on a patient, spinal dysfunction doesn’t always feel clear.
This mini online course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and hands-on osteopathic practice, helping you truly understand, feel, and treat ERS and FRS dysfunction with confidence.
GET EDUCATEDSpine in Motion breaks down ERS and FRS dysfunction into a clear, logical, and osteopathically grounded framework.
Instead of memorising patterns, you’ll learn how spinal segments actually move — and how to assess and treat them using osteopathic principles, palpation, and technique.
What You’ll Learn
By the end of this mini online course, you will be able to:
✔ Clearly differentiate ERS vs FRS dysfunction in the lower cervical spine
✔ Understand spinal motion from an osteopathic biomechanical perspective
✔ Improve palpation accuracy and confidence
✔ Apply osteopathic techniques safely and effectively for ERS and FRS dysfunctions
✔ Integrate assessment findings into meaningful treatment choices
✔ Think more clearly and systematically when treating the spine
