It is built with busy osteopaths in mind, you work at your pace, monthly Live sessions are recorded so you can catch up if you can't make it live, ask questions as they come up for you. As with anything the more you actively engage the more you'll get out  - faster progress, increased confidence and ongoing learning with focused development.

Experience without structure leads to repetition—not improvement.

Experience vs. Repetition: Doing a task for ten years is fundamentally different from having ten years of varied experience. If a person performs the exact same limited set of tasks on a loop, they have one year of experience repeated ten times, not ten years of professional growth. Repetition without reflection or new challenges does not equate to mastery.
