How do you answer when asked how many treatments?

Have you ever been asked how osteopathic treatments are given or what is involved in an osteopathic treatment, how many treatments are needed etc? 

We have many times and so did Osteopaths over 100 years ago. 

What is your response? 

Here is how one Osteopath from Australia in 1910 explains it and addresses common misconceptions that are still held by many today: 

1) 'Forget your first inference that osteopathy is a ‘sort of scientific massage’'

2) 'Patients do not strip'

3)'There is no unpleasant exposure'

4) 'Treatment is NOT massage'

5)' And as to the number of  treatments necessary....'
